A good friend of mine is shaving his head to raise money for Cancer research for kids. I know this is totally off the topic of this blog but I don’t really care it is a great cause and my buddy will be bald. All in great fun. So I am going to ask each and every one of you to open your wallets and share even just a dollar. The more the better but anything will do. He has a goal of raising $1000.00 which is great. I have a goal for him too and that is $5000 so please open up your hearts and your wallets and let’s help my buddy shave his head for a good cause!

I have always been bad at sending greeting cards and it turns out all these years I have been being more responsible than anyone has given me credit for. Think of it the fuel and energy to make a card deliver it to the store, then my fuel and energy going to the store then the post office and shipping it halfway across the country. There is a much better and much greener way. MyFunCards is the way to go send electronic cards save a tree and a barrel of oil.
So I sprung for this because I was tired of going through so many paper towels. Well I have to say the shamwow is really pretty wowwing. I’ve used it to dry my dog and dry my counters. As ridiculous as this ad is I think it is actually a very green product. Fair warning it kind of smells funny when you first get it but it washes out, especially with charlies soap. Anyway think about picking up a shamwow or two it will save you a ton of money on paper towels in the long run and it will save all the other environmentally bad things that go into the manufacturing, shipping and disposal of regular papwer towels.
